"INTJs suck with people. We know it, and half the time we don’t really bother with it. Instead of getting people to do what we want, we simply engineer situations to force people to do what we want. Either through making their roles obsolete or unneeded, through slowly isolating them from assets and resources that they could leverage, or though beating them by being so efficient that they can’t keep up and are overwhelmed, or though just arranging stuff where it’s either you accept this plan because it’s the best course of action, or we all watch the world burn."
